It was about 8 years ago that my son, Jacob Jackson, did a couple of your camps at Branksome Hall and I just wanted to thank you for lighting a programming fire under him.
He’s completing grade 11 at University of Toronto Schools, getting 100% in his Comp-Sci course, and finished first overall in the Canadian Computing Competition in Waterloo this year. So he’ll be representing Canada at the International Olympiad in Informatics in Taipei this July.
In any case, he just put a small site up this week with some of the games he’s made and I noticed he credited you with inspiring him so I thought I’d thank you for that.
