Cindy has been with Real Programming 4 Kids since the summer of 2015.
She attended the University of Toronto and majored in both General Computer Science and Spanish. She later transferred to Georgian College’s Computer Programming program. She is currently completing a co-op work term with RP4K.
Cindy started programming when she was in high school and has continued ever since. Though she is familiar with a wide variety of programming languages, her favourite is Java.
In early 2016, Cindy taught an elective course at Kingsway College School for RP4K. She was also responsible for upgrading the Advanced Java (Minecraft Mod) course manuals to Minecraft 1.11.
Cindy won the Innovation Showcase’s “Most Creative Project” at Georgian College in December of 2016 with her Arduino Virtual Pet, CHIP.
