Started my post-secondary education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies (Game Development and Entrepreneurship) with a Minor in Game Production Management. Created several different games over the course of this degree. Attended Toronto’s LevelUp Showcase, a student game development competition in Ontario, in 2013 and 2014 to compete against other student’s projects for awards and prizes that are judged by industry professionals such as Ubisoft Toronto.
Recently completed a Graduate Degree at University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) for Computer Science and was supervised by Dr. Pejman Mirza-Babaei. This had a focus in Games User Research. Worked on the Unity tool called Vixen that helps game developers perform games user research and improve the process of user testing through a series of innovative analytics measurements with the goal of enhancing the user’s experience (UX).
Taught at UOIT as a Sessional Instructor for the second-year student’s Game Development Workshop (GDW) for 2 years in a row. Had a student team win the “Best Technical Innovation” award at LevelUp Showcase in 2016.
Worked at Ludia as a Gameplay Programming Intern developing content for mobile games in Unity.
Has been with Real Programming 4 Kids since October 2014 as an Instructor.
